Jeremy has to stop getting all of his news from seven-year-olds.

I don’t understand the (well intentioned) claim that this is the “most important election of our lifetimes.” For the very reasons usually cited in support of this, isn’t it pretty obvious that 2000 was the most important election of our lifetimes?
